Waveserve Eula

Effective Date: December 19, 2024

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Waveserve ("Platform," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Waveserve platform, including the website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1. License Grant

Waveserve grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform solely for your personal or business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Eligibility

Be at least 18 years of age;
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; and
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration;
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; and
Be responsible for all activities under your account.

You have access to tools like 'Report Abuse' and 'Block' to manage interactions. Waveserve also employs an automated blocker for abusive or unrelated offers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
Impersonate another person or entity;
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s functionality;
Violate intellectual property rights;
Scrape, data mine, or otherwise collect information from the Platform without authorization;
Post false, defamatory, Objectionable content, abusive or obscene content on the Platform.

5. Service Provider and Customer Roles

Waveserve connects independent service providers ("Taskers") with customers ("Seekers").

Taskers: You are responsible for the quality, legality, and safety of the services you offer.
Seekers: You are responsible for evaluating Taskers and ensuring services meet your needs.

Waveserve is not a party to transactions between Taskers and Seekers and assumes no liability for disputes arising from such transactions.

6. Payments and Fees

Waveserve facilitates payments between Seekers and Taskers via third-party payment processors. By using the Platform, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees and charges;
Comply with the terms of the payment processor;
Accept the payment medium chosen and agreed upon by Taskers/Seekers.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. Waveserve is a product by Thinkshifts Limited with company number : 15234537 registered in the United Kingdom.
